The purpose of the Repect4Umpires program is to target decreasing the amount of disrespect from all stakeholders during the netball season towards our umpires with communication and education with the SCNA Netball community and beyond. 

Our vision is to continue the growth and development of our umpires with out Association through our SCNA Umpire Pathway with the promotion of this campaign.
